It was a wonderful place to return after rushing about for wedding activities. Great places to walk, and explore in the outdoors. I understand from some of the golfers in our party that the course was perfect! It was fun to watch the ducks and the golfers while having coffee on the screened porch. Such a special place! – Georgia. 05/20/06 We had a fabulous week at Sandestin thanks to the wonderful villa owned by Bill and DeeDee. The location was perfect; you enjoy the tranquility of the golf course and yet are steps away from the bay and the pool. The numerous amentities of the house; including the amentity card which allows unlimited use of the tram, the games and puzzles for the children, televisions in each room, etc. made it a perfect family home. Bill was fabulous ensuring that I could be connected to the wireless internet. We will DEFINITELY be return visitors. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!!!! – Evanston, IL 11/06/05 Our family had stayed at the Davis Villa several times on vacation and fortunately it was available when we needed a place to stay for an extended period after we had to evacuate New Orleans because of Hurricane Katrina. It was a blessing to be in a familiar setting in the midst of the chaos our family was going through. Looking out on the beautiful golf course and surrounding water helped us calm our nerves and regain our bearings. The Davis Villa was a welcome oasis. During our two-month stay we were able to fully appreciate how well-equipped the villa is. High-speed Internet service helped us stay in touch when cell phones and regular mail were down. During our entire stay we never needed a single thing. Bill and DeDe Davis are gracious hosts. – Metairie, LA 06/20/05 Our family just returned from vacation in Destin and we stayed at the Davis condo at the Sandestin Resort. What a wonderful place! The unit has a great floorplan, lots of room, and the Davises have furnished it with everything that vacationers could ever need. The screened porch overlooks the beautiful golf course and my grandchildren were able to feed the ducks in the pond every morning. The door-to-door tram service was great and the tram stop is just a few steps from the unit. The resort itself is maintained to perfection and the staff was courteous and friendly.
